How long will it take to receive my order?
Since CHAOFUL is currently being ran as a one-person operation, orders are created and processed within 5 calendar days. Once shipped, most orders are delivered within 7-10 business days.

What's your return/exchange policy?
Since all items are handmade and packaged with care, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged.
To ensure a smooth resolution, please provide video footage of the unboxing to our store email (chaoful@outlook.com) clearly showing the damaged item and packaging within 3 days after arrival. This helps me verify the issue and offer a refund!
